Dillan Bryant

Dillan Bryant SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Dillan started their career in 2006 at Apex Systems as a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on acquiring technical talent for the company. In 2010, they moved to Bazaarvoice as a Senior Talent Strategist and Human Resources Business Partner - Sales, where they played a key role in bringing the voice of the customer to the center of the company's strategy.

In 2013, Dillan joined Umbel as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions within the company. Dillan then transitioned to Khoros in 2014 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - International Sales, where they helped connect companies with their target audience through social media. Dillan'snext role was at The Zebra in 2017, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, leading efforts to provide transparency in the car insurance industry.

In 2019, Dillan joined Growcentia, Inc as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they played a crucial role in managing HR functions. Most recently, they joined Dandy in 2022 as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for GTM, where they collaborated with various teams to align HR strategies with business goals. Currently, they work at Flexential as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Dillan Bryant SHRM-CP received a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Speech Communication from Colorado State University in 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Dillan obtained an OSHA - 10 Hour Safety Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in June 2022 and obtained a SHRM - CP certification from SHRM in February 2016.
