Larry Green Jr.

Larry Green Jr. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role was as a Project Manager at Godfrey Marine starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at FlexForm Technologies LLC, starting in August 2019. Larry also held a position as an Advisory Board Member at Southwestern Michigan College starting in October 2015.

Before that, Larry worked at Lippert Components, Inc. as an Operations Manager from March 2014 to October 2014. In this role, they managed automation, machining operations, machine build, and facilities. Larry implemented a component/job tracking system and improved machinery maintenance.

Larry's experience at Lippert Extrusions from September 2013 to March 2014 included leading the maintenance team to improve operation efficiency. Larry utilized root cause analysis to reduce repetitive downtime causes.

From February 2012 to March 2013, Larry served as the Facility Maintenance Manager at Elkhart Products Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of facility management, maintenance, repairs, and technology implementation.

Larry's earlier experience includes serving as an Advisory Committee Member at Ivy Tech Community College from August 2005 to January 2013. Larry also worked at AM General LLC as the Chairman of the Joint Apprenticeship Committee and held various roles from May 2000 to February 2012. At AM General, Larry was a Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining production and implementing production line modifications.

Larry's career began as a Machinist at Bayer HealthCare from January 1995 to April 2000. Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated skills and knowledge in operations management, maintenance, automation, and facility management. Larry also has experience in Lean 6-Sigma and has served on advisory committees.

Larry Green Jr. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Purdue University from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended EACC from 1984 to 1985, where they studied Machine Trades. Larry also earned a high school Diploma from Penn High School in 1985, focusing on Mathematics and Machining. Additionally, Larry obtained a certification in Lean 6-Sigma, Green Belt from AM General LLC in February 2010.
