Aram Villasana has worked in various roles in the analytics and go-to-market fields since 2003. In 2003, they were a Finance Scholar for the Customer Business Development Team at Procter & Gamble. In 2005, they became the Coordinator of the Industrial Engineering Department and Industrial Engineer at Nemak. In 2007, they began working at Daemon Quest (by Deloitte) as a Junior Consultant in Customer Analytics & Marketing Strategy. Aram was promoted to Senior Consultant in Customer Analytics & Marketing Strategy and then Project Manager in Customer Analytics & Marketing Strategy. In 2012, they were an Intern at the Integration and Trade Sector of the Inter-American Development Bank and a Consultant at the same organization. In 2013, they became the Director of Customer Analytics & Marketing Strategy Practice and Manager for Tech Innovation and Economic Development at Aurigam Growth Consulting. In 2016, they were a Partner & Director of Customer Analytics Practice at Phive Consulting. In 2017, they became the Head of Data Science & Business Strategy and Senior Data Product Manager at Gestionix. In 2021, they were the Director of SaaS Products Strategy & Analytics and Director of Product for SaaS Business Unit at Konf\u00edo. Currently, they are the Director of Analytics & Go-to-Mkt at Flexio.
Aram Villasana has a diverse educational background. Aram obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004. Aram went on to complete a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution in 2011-2012. Aram also obtained a diploma in Public Policy Analysis from Georgetown University in 2011. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in Design Thinking from CEDIM Mexico. From 2009-2010, they completed two diplomas in Retail Management and Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Most recently, they obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2018-2021. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Product-Led Growth Fundamentals Certification from ProductLed in 2022, Product Management First Steps and Technical Product Management from LinkedIn in 2022, and UX Foundations: Interaction Design from LinkedIn in 2022.
