Nathan Schorr has held various roles in the tech industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Business Development Manager at JetNumbers Inc., where they were responsible for developing alliances and researching for possible company projects. In 2007, they became the CEO and co-founder of Blahsports.com, where they were in charge of integral management, product development, business development, employee selection, fund raising, and marketing. In 2010, they were the Country Manager for Groupon Argentina & Uruguay, where they were responsible for the launch of Groupon's million investment in the country, coordination of activities with Groupon Argentina, selection of personnel in Uruguay and Argentina, training of new employees, and development and application of sales strategies. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder & COO of TiZKKA, where they helped build Latin America's #1 fashion discovery platform, before it was acquired by Cultura Colectiva in March 2018. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Head of Digital Sales and Online Marketing at FARMASHOP, where they created and implemented technology related projects, such as the creation of a call center to service 10k daily in-bound calls and the first nationwide e-commerce site for online sales. In 2019, they became the Entrepreneur In Residence - Launchpad Accelerator at Google, and in 2018 they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Flexio, where they are helping SMBs move B2B payments in Latin American from spreadsheets and email to modern software and digital payments.

Nathan Schorr attended Saudi Arabian International School-Riyadh American Section from 1992 to 1999. Nathan then attended The British Schools of Montevideo from 1999 to 2002. Lastly, they attended Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2004 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business and Administration.
