Alan Jesser has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Alan began their career in 2006 as a Software Developer at RDO Equipment Co., where they worked with C# using .Net and MVC, as well as modern web technologies such as HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, and Knockout. In 2009, they took on an Intern role at Baker/Second Life, where they worked on a refactoring project for a Second Life interface. In 2012, they joined the City of Moorhead as an IT Specialist, providing support to end users with computer-related issues and setting up new systems. Most recently, in 2013, Alan took on a Data Transformation Engineering Manager role at FBS, where they identified areas of improvement for tools and teams, established standards, and designed and implemented new tools.

Alan Jesser completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Game Software Development at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in 2011. Prior to that, they earned an AAS in Computer Programming from the same institution in 2009.
