Larry Swantner

Larry Swantner is a Board Member at https://teamafricarising.org/ and also works as an adviser for a company, where Larry is involved in organizing air lift for support of UN operations in Eastern Congo. Larry is also the Manager of Global Program Development at Flight Safety Foundation since September 2011. With a MA in International Affairs from Naval Post Graduate School, a MA in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, and a BA in History/Political Economics from Indiana University Bloomington, Larry Swantner brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in the aviation industry.
