Marget Gusumano is the Manager of Special Events at FLINT INSTITUTE OF MUSIC. Marget has over 20 years of experience in event planning and management, including 10 years as the owner of Scrapbookers Inc, a successful retail scrapbooking store. Marget has a proven track record of creating and executing successful events that meet the needs of their community. Marget is an expert in digital marketing and social media, and has used their skills to increase engagement and support for their previous organizations. Marget is a passionate advocate for education and has dedicated their career to improving outcomes for students. Marget is excited to bring their skills and experience to FLINT INSTITUTE OF MUSIC and help them achieve their mission of providing access to quality music education for all.

Marget Gusumano has a Bachelor of Applied Arts (BA) from Central Michigan University with a minor in business management.

They work with Michelle Minarik - Development Gift Administrator, Shan Buckley - Grant Writer, and Sheila Zorn - Senior Major Gifts Officer. Marget Gusumano reports to Ann Marie Van Duyne, VP External Relations.
