Lutfia Nilasari

Lutfia Nilasari has been working in the procurement and sourcing industry since 2009. Lutfia started their career at PT Umeda Kogyo Indonesia, where they served as a QC Japanese Translator, collaborating with QC team to translate part drawing documents from Japanese to English. Lutfia also acted as an assistant for expatriate CEO and guests in the regular business meeting and field survey. In 2010, they joined PT KDS Indonesia as a QC Translator, collaborating with QC Team to translate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), PDCA Report, and other documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. Lutfia also acted as an interpreter in the regular online meeting with the head quarter in Japan. Later that year, they joined PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, where they held various roles such as Procurement Services Senior Officer, Asset Management Senior Officer, General Affairs Senior Officer, and Internal Affairs Officer. In their roles, they managed the procurement process request until the purchased item received by the user, controlled the invoice verification and contract document preparation, performed portfolio analysis to plan and implement SOP and system improvement, and handled various item categories. In 2022, Lutfia Nilasari joined Flip as a Procurement and Sourcing Associate, where they managed the procurement process request until the purchased item received by the users, actively collaborated with the stakeholders to compile SLAs of each project tender, and established the end-to-end process, FAQ, including mandatory & suggested technical and commercial scoring for the stakeholders.

Lutfia Nilasari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Universitas Darma Persada between 2005 and 2009. Lutfia has also obtained various certifications, including English Conversation Class from SPEAKING PARTNER in February 2022, English - Advanced Level from English First SET in January 2022, Webinar Speaker of Stema Berbagi Ilmu from SMKN 1 Singosari Malang in August 2021, Managerial Competency from PT Lutan Edukasi in July 2016, Emotional Quality at Work from HR Excellency in January 2015, and Japanese Language Proficiency - Level 3 from The Japan Foundation in February 2008.
