Chuck Gilpin

Cyber Fraud Investigator at Florida Office of the Attorney General

Chuck Gilpin has extensive experience in the field of digital forensics and cyber fraud investigation. Since March 2023, Chuck has been retired, following a career that included roles such as Cyber Fraud Investigator for the Florida Office of the Attorney General and Instructor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Prior to these positions, Chuck held the title of Director of Digital Forensic Services at Tri-Tech Forensics, overseeing a range of digital forensic services, and was the Information Security Supervisor at BB&T Bank, managing a digital forensics team. Chuck's earlier career also includes serving as a Special Agent for the USEPA, the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, where investigations spanned various serious crimes and included vital digital forensics work. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida between 1988 and 1990.
