Kate McGinnis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at Fluence, a global energy storage technology company. Prior to this, they held positions as the Managing Director of Global Strategy & Partnerships and Managing Director at Fluence. Kate also has experience as a Market Director at Fluence, where they played a crucial role in the company's energy storage initiatives.
In addition to their roles at Fluence, Kate has served as a Board Observer at Pexapark and a Member of the Board of Directors at Electrada. Kate also worked at AES Energy Storage as a Market Director, where they focused on the Western US market.
