Kate McGinnis

Kate McGinnis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at Fluence, a global energy storage technology company. Prior to this, they held positions as the Managing Director of Global Strategy & Partnerships and Managing Director at Fluence. Kate also has experience as a Market Director at Fluence, where they played a crucial role in the company's energy storage initiatives.

In addition to their roles at Fluence, Kate has served as a Board Observer at Pexapark and a Member of the Board of Directors at Electrada. Kate also worked at AES Energy Storage as a Market Director, where they focused on the Western US market.

Earlier in their career, Kate worked as a Cleantech Advisor, specializing in business development and strategy for cleantech companies. Kate also held positions at Chevron Technology Ventures as a Business Development Advisor for Energy Storage and a Carbon Management Advisor.

Kate also has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from The George Washington University. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
