Cozetta Smith

Cozetta Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as communications and publicity. Currently serving as DE&I Manager and Content & Communications Manager at Flynn Group since February 2023, Cozetta also contributes as a Community Member at Level, an organization focused on uplifting Black women through investments. In addition, Cozetta is an Executive Committee Member at Black Excellence KC. Previous roles include Publicity Manager at Penguin Random House and various positions at AMC Theatres, where Cozetta led the Council on the AMC African American Experience. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's Degree in Television Writing/Producing from Columbia College Chicago.
