Richard Skelley

Richard Skelley has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Region HR Manager for Flynn Restaurant Group since January 2018, Richard previously held the position of Area Manager at Boston Market from June 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Richard was Area Operations Manager at Mitra QSR CMG from June 2013 to June 2016, Area Supervisor at Dairy Queen from April 2012 to June 2013, and General Manager/Area Coach Designate at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from October 2009 to April 2012. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Towson University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
