Carly Griffiths

Carly Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Carly began their career as a Recruitment Officer at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust in 2008. Carly then took on roles as a Human Resources Officer and Assistant HR Business Partner within the same organization. In 2018, they joined Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit as a Human Resources Advisor. In 2019, they worked as an Employee Relations Advisor at mydentist (UK). Currently, Carly is the Head of People at FM Outsource since March 2021, after holding the position of HR Manager at the same company.

Carly Griffiths received a BA Hons degree in Media from the University of Central Lancashire, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Blackburn College (UK), specializing in Cipd (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) studies. Later, they pursued a Diploma - Level 4 in Copywriting from the College of Media and Publishing, where they attended from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Carly also has obtained various certifications. Carly received a Level 4 diploma in Copywriting from the College of Media and Publishing in June 2018. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in November 2016, and a Human Resource Management certification from CIPD in May 2015.
