Dariusz Jemielniak

Dariusz Jemielniak's work experience includes being the Co-Founder and CEO of RunPixie.com since March 2022, Vice President at the Polish Academy of Sciences since January 2023, Faculty Associate and Research Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University since August 2015, and a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Wikimedia Foundation since June 2015. Dariusz has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board at ESCOLA S.A. since June 2018, Chief Community Strategist at Foap since June 2021, and Member of the Management Board at InstaLing since August 2013. Prior to these positions, they were a Board Member at the Copernicus Science Centre since September 2011. Additionally, they have held various roles at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, including Full Professor, associate professor, academic director of international programs, assistant professor, and vice-director of the Ph.D. program, from 2004 to present. Dariusz also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Internet Governance Forum Poland from September 2018 to June 2022.

Dariusz Jemielniak's education history is as follows:

Dariusz Jemielniak completed their high school education at VI L.O. im. Tadeusza Reytana w Warszawie from 1990 to 1995.

Dariusz then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Warsaw, graduating in the year 2000.

Afterwards, Dariusz pursued a Ph.D. in management at Kozminski University, which they successfully completed from 2000 to 2004.

In 2018, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education and completed a program on Critical Issues for Board Leadership, specifically in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.

Dariusz Jemielniak furthered their education in the field of leadership at the Center for Leadership (CL), where they participated in the Leadership Academy Poland program from 2021 to 2022.

In 2022, they attended the IESE Business School for a short-term program focused on Value Creation Through Effective Boards within the field of Business Administration and Management, General.

Currently, they are studying Team dynamics for boards at IMD.
