Mike Destefano

Mike DeStefano has had a long and successful career in the restaurant industry. Mike began their career in 1974 at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation, where they held various positions, including Training General Manager, General Manager, and District Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the operations of multiple restaurant units on Long Island and ensured that standards were maintained. In 2002, they joined Focus Brands as the Regional Vice President of Operations, and later became the Franchise Operations Vice President. The exact dates of their roles at Focus Brands are not mentioned, but it can be assumed that they held these positions until at least 2018.

Mike DeStefano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph's University New York from 1977 to 1979.
