Shahira Carstensen

Shahira Carstensen has worked in customer success roles since 2007. Shahira began their career at LoopNet as a Managed Services Account Representative and a Client Services Representative from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Monster as a Brand Media Strategist and Ad Operations. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Flite as a Senior Customer Success Manager and an Account Manager. Finally, since 2017, they have been the Director of Customer Success at Fond, managing 25 Enterprise customers including Salesforce and Adobe, and project managing all technical integrations.

Shahira Carstensen attended San Francisco State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communications.
