Bsc. Kieran Clarke C. Chem

Kieran Clarke, BSc., C. Chem has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent role was as Operations Manager at Food Safety Net Services, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as Laboratory Supervisor at the same company from January to October 2022.

Before joining Food Safety Net Services, Kieran worked at Aleafia Health from 2020 to 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Quality Control Lead, where they oversaw staff in the Quality Control Lab and implemented initiatives to improve workflow and efficiency. They also played a key role in new product development, including method design and validation. Kieran worked closely with other departments and external vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining a high quality standard.

From 2014 to 2019, Kieran worked at Vale as a Senior Lab Analyst. They started their career at Vale as a Junior Lab Analyst in 2010. Additionally, Kieran gained experience as a Chemical Technician at Ingredion Incorporated in 2009 and as a Research Assistant Co-Op at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in 2006.

Throughout their career, Kieran showcased their expertise in quality control, lab management, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards. They were also involved in various aspects of laboratory operations, including documentation writing, training, and troubleshooting.

Kieran Clarke, BSc., C. Chem, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Brock University between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame College School between 1999 and 2004, completing their high school education. In January 2022, Kieran obtained the certification of Chartered Chemist from the Association of the Chemical Profession of Ontario (ACPO).
