Katlin Lackie

Katlin Lackie has a solid work history, starting with their current role as a Path Lab Lead at Food Safety Net Services, where they have been working since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Microbiologist for a few months in the same company. Katlin initially joined Food Safety Net Services as a Microbiologist in September 2019 and stayed in this position until February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for screening food products for common food-borne pathogens using various methods.

Before joining Food Safety Net Services, Katlin worked at CSU Veterinary Diagnostic Lab as a Courier and in Sample Receiving from August 2018 to August 2019. Their responsibilities included transporting samples from local vet clinics to the lab, performing data entry, and assisting in the Histology Lab.

Katlin's work experience also includes a role as a Sales Associate at Walmart from May 2014 to July 2018. During their time at Walmart, they gained experience in customer service, retail operations, firearms and hunting/fishing sales, as well as various other tasks.

In addition, Katlin worked briefly as a Kennel Assistant at Animal Care Center in 2014 and at Moffitt Animal Clinic from January to August 2013.

Katlin Lackie completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Sciences/Veterinary Clinical Sciences, General and Biology, General from the University of Nevada, Reno from 2013 to 2017. Katlin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University from 2018 to 2019.
