Judit Hordai

Judit Hordai has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Judit is currently the Director of People Partner - Markets (APAC) at foodpanda, a role they began in December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People, Singapore at foodpanda from January 2022 to November 2022, and as the Head of People, Singapore from January 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining foodpanda, Judit worked as the Group People Lead at MoneySmart Group in 2019. Judit also held various HR positions at RedMart, a Singapore-based online grocery marketplace, including HR Business Partner / HR Director from October 2018 to January 2019, HR Business Partner / Senior HR Manager from January 2017 to September 2018, and Human Resources Manager from October 2014 to January 2017.

Judit's earlier experiences include being an MBA Candidate (full-time) at Mannheim Business School from September 2013 to September 2014, HR Executive (Corporate) at Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd from May 2011 to July 2013, Group HR Officer at Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) from August 2010 to May 2011, and Consultant at Europhia Consulting from April 2010 to August 2010.

Judit Hordai has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources from Corvinus University of Budapest, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, they also participated in an exchange program at Singapore Management University, focusing on Business. Judit continued their education at the University of Mannheim, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from 2013 to 2014. In 2018, Judit attended the Harvard Business School, completing an Executive Program in Disruptive Strategy. In 2019, they pursued further education at the Rochester Institute of Technology, completing a MicroMasters in Design Thinking.
