Elvis Cruz

Elvis Cruz has been a server at Ford Fry Restaurants since September 2022 and previously served in the same role at Mi Pueblo Mexican Grill from September 2019 to August 2022. In addition to extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Elvis Cruz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2023.
