Hiral Haria

Hiral Haria is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Analytical Drivetrain Research Engineer at Ford Motor Company since June 2016, specializing in dynamic modeling and performance analysis of transmission components in both conventional and electrified powertrains. Hiral has a strong academic background, having completed a PhD at the University of Michigan, where research focused on developing a high-fidelity CFD solver for simulating multi-physics phenomena related to dynamic torque prediction. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, researching hydraulic hybrid powertrains, and as a Senior Engineer at Bajaj Auto Ltd, where in-house tools for evaluating engine performance and emissions were developed. Hiral holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
