Rob Burnett

Rob Burnett is an experienced executive with a strong background in digital operations and information technology, currently serving as Executive of Digital Operations & Quality at GE Aerospace since June 2024. Previously, Rob held the position of IT Director for Global Product Development at Ford Motor Company, where efforts focused on transforming the Engineering organization and facilitating the shift from internal combustion engine vehicles to battery electric vehicles. Prior roles include Vice President of Information Technology at Wabtec Corporation, where Rob managed digital transformation for a $8B enterprise, and CIO at GE Transportation, overseeing digital initiatives within the supply chain and engineering domains. Rob's early career at GE included significant roles in IT management, integration of acquisitions, and ERP implementations, complemented by a strong academic foundation with dual degrees from the University of Florida in Information Science/Studies and Decision & Information Sciences.
