What you'll be doing:  

As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Forma.ai, you will report to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and play a central role in optimizing and measuring our Go-To-Market strategy. You will focus on optimizing our tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot, and aligning sales, marketing, and customer operations.  

Leveraging your SaaS experience in hyper-growth environments, you'll analyze data to drive strategic decisions and efficiency across sales and marketing processes, directly contributing to Forma.ai's growth targets. 

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will directly help drive alignment across Forma.ai’s various teams, and ultimately help our teams exceed their targets.  

 As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll contribute in the following areas:  

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operational infrastructure to support GTM functions 
  • Forecast, track, and report on GTM performance, providing actionable insights to executive leadership 
  • Actively participate in GTM strategy discussions and decisions around areas like account-based marketing and optimizing the outbound motion 
  • Own and manage the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense, and other sales and marketing tools to streamline operations and optimize use of the tools 
  • Work closely with the marketing team on properly tracking website performance and executing on conversion rate optimization initiatives 
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer operations teams to align goals and optimize processes 
  • Oversee and manage sales and marketing processes and funnel, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement 
  • Design, document, and execute processes and training programs for sales and marketing teams to enhance skills and knowledge 
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and work collaboratively to resolve them 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and SaaS sales strategies 

What we're looking for:  

  • SaaS experience in hyper-growth environments  
  • A strategic operational mindset 
  • Ability to build and execute on an integrated RevOps roadmap 
  • Deep understanding of sales/marketing tools and revenue optimization   
  • Consistent track record of building processes and procedures that can scale during high-growth periods  
  • Experience managing RevOps strategy and execution and eagerness to take a hands-on approach 
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, direct reports, and executive management  
  • Experience identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, PowerBI, and the Microsoft Office Suite
