Beth Donabedian

Beth Donabedian is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HRIS, currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards & HRIS at Forrester since July 2022. Previous roles include Head of Total Rewards at Amwell, Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Lantheus Medical Imaging, and Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards at Avid Technology, where management of remote teams was a key responsibility. Additional positions held include Director of People Rewards at Biogen and Director of People Rewards & Systems at Rapid7. Beth's expertise spans across various aspects of compensation, benefits, and HR operations within both technology and life sciences sectors. Beth holds a Master of Science in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Michael's College.
