Chris Gardner

Chris Gardner is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President & Research Director at Forrester since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading a team of application development analysts and enhancing software development teams' business alignment. Previously, as Principal Analyst and Senior Analyst at Forrester, Chris contributed to the automation framework and conducted research on automation and infrastructure-as-code. Prior experience includes roles at New York Life Insurance Company, where Chris helped create a new IT operating model and managed an investments service desk, as well as positions at IPG and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Chris holds an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Writing from Sarah Lawrence College.
