Martine Haavi has a diverse work experience in marketing roles. Martine is currently the Head of Marketing at Forte Digital, where they oversee all marketing activities and manages the website development and user experience. Prior to this, they were the Interim Head of Marketing at GlobalConnect, where they managed marketing campaigns and implemented the Microsoft Dynamics marketing module. Martine also worked as the Regional GTM Lead at MIRIS, coordinating and implementing go-to-market activities. Before that, they served as the Head of Marketing at Inmeta, where they developed and managed marketing plans and collaborations with partners. Martine also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Inmeta, executing marketing activities and trade shows. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Success Consultant at Melin Medical, a Field Marketing Representative at Face2Face Design & Communication, and an Intern at Brandlab, Patriksson Communication, and Voice Norge AS.

Martine Haavi's education history begins in 2010 when they attended the Scandinavian School of Brussels for an exchange year in VG2. Martine continued their studies at Fagerborg Videregående Skole from 2009 to 2012, specializing in a general academic program. In 2012, Haavi enrolled at Volda University College (HVO) and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Media, IT, and Design, which they completed in 2015. During their time at Volda University, they also spent a semester as an exchange student at UC San Diego in 2014, focusing on product marketing and management. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Haavi went on to study Marketing and Brand Management at Kingston University from 2015 to 2016, where they graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) degree, earning distinction.
