Sergiu Paven

Sergiu Paven has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over ten years. Sergiu began their career in 2009 as an HR Operations professional at Prosegur. In 2011, they joined LUGERA as an HR Specialist, where they successfully coordinated recruitment campaigns and handled personnel leasing and administration tasks. Later in the same year, they joined IntegraHR as an HR Specialist and Recruiter, where they developed and implemented recruitment projects in various business areas and provided HR consulting.

In 2013, Sergiu joined Memento Talent Hunt as an HR Executive, where they excelled in selling, planning, and executing end-to-end recruitment and headhunting projects. Sergiu focused on finding the best talent for companies across various domains.

In 2014, they moved to SYKES Enterprises as a Recruitment Lead, taking on the responsibility of managing recruitment across two locations. Sergiu also worked closely with operational departments, translating business needs into recruitment strategies, and supported and coached their team for growth.

Sergiu's most recent role was at Fortech, where they started as a Talent Acquisition Lead in 2019. Sergiu demonstrated strong leadership skills in this role, driving successful talent acquisition strategies and ensuring the growth of the team. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university between 2012 and 2015. Sergiu also pursued studies in Law from 2005 to 2009 at Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca. Furthermore, they received their High School Diploma in Bilingual, Multilingual, and Multicultural Education from Mihai Viteazul National College from 2001 to 2005.
