Juan Santamaria

Juan Santamaria has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Juan is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Therma-Tru Doors, where they were responsible for HR leadership in Mexico's operations. Juan also served as the Human Resources Manager at Eaton, Methode Electronics, and Jabil, where they were responsible for various HR functions and processes. Furthermore, they held the role of HR-Training Supervisor at Decoma and Facilities Supervisor at Delphi earlier in their career. Juan Santamaria has a proven track record of driving HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational change.

Juan Santamaria has a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor, which they obtained from Universidad Veracruzana from 1996 to 2000. Juan also has a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Valle de Mexico, which they started in 2009 and is currently ongoing. In addition, they have an Especialidad en Relaciones Juridico Laborales (Specialty in Labor and Industrial Relations) from Universidad Americana del Noreste, completed from 2010 to 2012.
