Rohan Kulkarni is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent and organization development, currently serving as a Talent & Organization Development Manager at FORVIA since September 2018. Rohan oversees talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and change management, while also managing HR projects and diversity topics.
