Martin Hennessy

Martin Hennessy has extensive experience as a chef, with their most recent role being the Head Chef at Fota Island Resort since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head Chef at Elm Tree - Bar & Restaurant from December 2017 to December 2019. Before that, they held the position of Head Chef at Rendezvous Bar & Restaurant from June 2009 to June 2017. Additionally, Martin worked as a Sous Chef at Barry's of Douglas, Bar & Restaurant from August 2007 to August 2009, and at The Rising Tide, Bar & Restaurant from July 2005 to July 2007. Prior to their career as a chef, they worked as a Personal Financial Advisor at Acorn Life starting in 2019.

Martin Hennessy attended Munster Technological University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a distinction in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant.
