Tomasz Pawlak has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Tomasz is currently the Executive Head Chef at Fota Island Resort, where they manage all culinary operations and ensures exceptional dining experiences for guests. Tomasz has also worked as a Head Chef and Development Chef at the same resort. Prior to that, they were a Senior Sous Chef at Cafe Du Parc, The Tan Yard. Tomasz has held various Head Chef positions at Killarney Hotels Ltd, Salvador's Restaurant, and Robertino's Restaurant. Tomasz has also gained valuable experience in fine dining at The Aniar Restaurant, where they worked for three months during the off-peak season. Tomasz has held roles as a Senior Sous Chef at The Gleneagle Group and as a Sous Chef at Bricin Restaurant and Boxty House. Tomasz started their career as a Chef De Partie at Jaffa's Restaurant and later worked as a Chef De Partie at Pensjonat Wrzos Hotel 3*.

Tomasz Pawlak began their education at The Karol Libelt Gastronomic School in Poznan, Poland, from 1996 to 2001. Tomasz earned a diploma in Chef, specializing in Culinary Arts/Chef Training during this time. In 2001, they briefly attended The Poznan Academy of Fine Dining, where they obtained another diploma in Chef. However, the field of study for this second diploma is not specified.
