Yeoh Chin Foong is a highly experienced culinary professional with a substantial background in prestigious hospitality brands. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since June 2023, Yeoh previously held the Executive Chef position at Park Hyatt from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Yeoh was the Director of Culinary and F&B Operations at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from January 2017 to October 2021, and also served as Executive Sous Chef in various capacities within the same group. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Executive Sous Chef at the iconic Burj Al Arab. Yeoh began the professional journey as Chef De Cuisine at Raffles Hotel Singapore. Educational background includes training at CAFA FORMATIONS, ECOLE INTERNATIONALE EN VIN ET SPIRITUEUX.
