Marcelo then worked as a Quality Assurance professional at The Cube - Share Events, where they identified and resolved audio and video problems in live broadcasts and created game highlight videos. In 2017, Marcelo served as a Supplier Enablement Analyst at BP, where they maintained payment records, handled sensitive documents, and provided support to business partners. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Digital Agent at Groupon, using Zendesk and BoldChat to address customer issues and communicate with commenters on social media channels. Marcelo then joined Echo Global Logistics in 2020 as a Managed Transit Logistic Coordinator.
