Natasha Montoya

Natasha Montoya has a range of experience in the human resources field. Natasha currently works as the HR and Client Services Director at Fourth since August 2021. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at Engage PEO from May 2017 to August 2021, where they successfully grew the Texas market and helped clients with their HR strategies. From 2015 to 2017, Natasha was a Client Services Account Manager at TriNet, where they built relationships with clients and provided HR and payroll services. Before that, they worked at Integra as a Human Resource Coordinator, handling HR support and compliance initiatives. Natasha's earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant at EMSL Analytical, Inc from 2006 to 2014.

Natasha Montoya holds a Master's Degree in MS Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature at Florida International University from 2012 to 2013. In 2007 to 2008, Natasha Montoya earned an Associates degree in Arts and Business Administration from Miami Dade College. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in April 2017.
