Júlia Brunetti

Júlia Brunetti has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Júlia is currently working at Fragomen as the Head of Human Resources, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to Fragomen, Júlia worked at PageGroup from 2021 to 2022 as an HR Senior Manager, Business Partner, and Board Member. During this time, they were responsible for various HR functions such as talent management, performance evaluation, and organizational structure. From 2017 to 2021, Júlia worked at BDO Brazil as a Human Resources Manager, where they successfully restructured the HR department. At Volkswagen Financial Services, where they worked from 2012 to 2017, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on executives and implementing a business partner function model. Before that, Júlia worked at Babcock International Group from 2010 to 2012 as a Human Resources Senior Analyst. Júlia began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at MBA Empresarial from 2007 to 2010, where they conducted development projects, organizational restructuring, and selection processes for various clients. Overall, Júlia brings a wealth of experience in HR management, business partnership, and organizational restructuring to their current role.
