Rodrigo García Torres Trueba has a diverse work experience in the field of law, specifically in corporate immigration, intellectual property, and corporate law. Rodrigo began their career in 2005 at Aguilar Noble, Salgado y Asociados, S.C., where they served as an Account Manager. In this role, they handled various corporate and IP processes for clients, including contract preparation, company incorporation, trademark registration, and immigration application preparation. Rodrigo also participated in mergers and acquisitions projects. In 2013, Rodrigo joined Fragomen as an Associate and later became a Senior Manager. At Fragomen, they provided immigration services to Fortune 500 companies from various industries and gained extensive experience in corporate immigration law and citizenship. Rodrigo is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Bar Association since 2023.
Rodrigo García Torres Trueba began their education in 2001 at Universidad La Salle, A.C., where they completed high school. From 2002 to 2007, they attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they obtained a degree in Legales.
In terms of additional certifications, Rodrigo obtained a Degree in Technology Law (Derecho de las Tecnologías) from Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados A.C. in February 2020. In February 2019, they also received certification as an Attorney from the Mexican Bar Association. Additionally, in September 2017, they obtained a certification in "Rights2xES: Derechos humanos: Los derechos de las personas refugiadas" from Amnesty International.
