Project Director at Frames

Arwin Roos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arwin currently holds the position of Director, Product Management - Stationary Power at Plug Power, where they are responsible for the design and implementation of zero-emission high-power fuel cell generators for large-scale applications. Prior to this, Arwin worked at Frames as a Project Director and Project Manager, where they oversaw various oil and gas projects and managed international project teams. Before that, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Eriks Aandrijftechniek and as a Project Engineer at Xylem Water Solutions Benelux, where they managed projects in the water and wastewater industries. Arwin has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical skills, and commercial negotiations throughout their career.

Arwin Roos completed their education in a chronological manner. Arwin attended De Groen van Prinsteren from 1983 to 1991, where they obtained their elementary school education. Arwin then enrolled at De Vaan (zuiderpark college, Rotterdam) from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a LTS (VMBO C/D) degree in Fijn Mechanische Technieken. Arwin then pursued further studies at Da Vinci College (Dordrecht) from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained an MTS degree in Werktuigbouwkunde. Arwin continued their education at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanics.

In addition to their formal education, Arwin obtained various certifications, including VCA-Vol (HSE) from VCANederland in 2004, Commerciële Buitendienst from NCOI in 2006, and Interne Auditing (ISO9001:2008 en ISO 19011:2002) from AVR Vision Consult in 2011. Arwin also holds an EHBO Diploma (First Aid) from Het Oranje Kruis, and they passed the Young Enterprise International Examination from the University of Cambridge in 2000.
