Victoria Cowie

Victoria Cowie has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Victoria started their career at Huxley Associates in 2003 as an Account Manager and stayed with the company until 2010. Victoria then joined Hays, where they worked as a Client Director from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to the Frank Recruitment Group, initially serving as Head of Account Management before being promoted to the position of Head of Customer Solutions North America in April 2022. Victoria currently holds this role and is responsible for managing customer solutions in the North American region.

Victoria Cowie attended the University of Bristol from 1999 to 2001. Victoria then pursued an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2002.
