Kevin's career started at AT&T, where they served as a Senior Sales Operations Manager. Kevin managed performance metrics and analytics for a large sales force, aligning human capital resources with business goals to drive results.

Kevin Vear completed their Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a focus on Marketing & Communications at Hillsdale College. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a postgraduate degree at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a specialization in Business.
