Carmen Tedesco

Carmen Tedesco is currently the Director of Analytics at Fraym. Prior to this, they were a Senior Global Practice Manager for Data and Technology at DAI from January 2009 to February 2020. In this role, Carmen led a team of three data scientists in strengthening project MEL data systems, providing advanced analytics for new business and projects, and building machine learning models for corporate insights. Carmen also provided leadership, strategy, and management of the MfDR Data Science Team, coordinated different technology staff across DAI to develop better data governance and standards, and offered thought leadership to the broader development community on responsible data, data usage, and protection. Carmen has also been managing geospatial needs across DAI since 2005, providing direct geospatial and data systems support to projects and creating partnerships to meet project needs.

Carmen Tedesco earned a BA in Geography from Middlebury College and an MA in Geography from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
