Greg von der Linden

Greg von der Linden has an extensive work history in human resources and executive search. Greg is currently working as a Senior Executive Search Leader at Frederickson Partners, where they have completed multiple assignments for chief people officers, heads of talent acquisition, and directors of HR. Prior to this, Greg worked as a Principal at T.E.R. HR Consulting, LLC and as a Coach for the Veteran Career Transition Assistance Program (VetCTAP), providing job search skills coaching to transitioning military personnel and their spouses. Greg has also held high-level HR positions at Opus Bank, Confie, AudaExplore (a Solera Company), PIMCO, and Bank of America. In these roles, they led all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and HRIS. Greg began their career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy.

Greg von der Linden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in "Starting a Memorable Conversation" from LinkedIn.
