Dave Dockendorff

Dave Dockendorff has extensive experience in the banking industry. Dave currently holds the role of Market President, SVP at Freedom Bank of Virginia, where they lead business development and client management activities in Loudoun County.

Prior to this, Dave worked at M&T Bank for several years, holding various roles. Dave was the Senior Vice President - Business Banking Team Leader and Vice President - Business Banking Team Leader, where they led a new team and achieved profitability within 12 months. Dave also served as a Vice President - Business Banking - Senior Relationship Manager and Vice President - Business Banking - Relationship Manager, responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of business banking clients. Additionally, they held the role of Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager, managing the Reston Business Banking Center.

Before joining M&T Bank, Dave gained experience as a Banking Officer - Assistant Branch Manager and Personal Banker. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated a strong commitment to building relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Dave Dockendorff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business & Management from Dickinson College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
