Tom Panico

Tom Panico is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in the digital gaming and creative industries. Currently serving as a Faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and a Kickstarter Consultant at Freedom Games since October 2021, Tom also holds the position of Project Manager for Business Development at Hard Counter Esports and Co-Owner of Silverclutch Games, where responsibilities include developing product assets and brand identity. Previously, Tom worked at Philly Esports as Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on partnership development and community engagement, and held various roles at Fox Chase Cancer Center, providing technical support to healthcare professionals. Prior art direction experience at Breaking Glass Pictures further honed skills in brand development and visual communication. Tom's academic background includes a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from The University of the Arts.
