Cierra Calvacca

Cierra brings over 19 years of Human Resource Leadership experience to the Freeman Webb team. Before joining Freeman Webb, she managed the Human Resource function for small, mid-sized, and large companies privately owned and publicly traded. She brings with her experience in industries including Professional Services, Technology, Industrial, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services. Her areas of expertise include engagement, recruitment and recruitment marketing, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

Cierra is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and holds an MBA and Masters in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a Six-Sigma Black Belt. Cierra lives in Nolensville, TN, with her husband, three sons, and two Goldendoodles.
