Chad Stephenson

Chad Stephenson has a diverse work experience in the printing and manufacturing industry. Chad most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Freeport Press since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Innovairre from 2017 to 2021, holding the positions of Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement. From 2014 to 2017, they were the President of The Cyril-Scott Company, an RR Donnelley Company, where they managed a $44 million printing and manufacturing facility. Chad also served as the Executive Vice President at The Cyril-Scott Company from 2007 to 2014. Chad started their career at RR Donnelley in 1994 as a Creative Coordinator and Sales representative.

Chad Stephenson attended Zane State College from 1988 to 1989, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Chad then enrolled at The Art Institutes from 1990 to 1993, majoring in Visual Communication.

In terms of additional certifications, Chad obtained the Six Sigma Champion Certified (SSCC) from the Management and Strategy Institute in November 2016. Chad also achieved TPM Certified (TPMC) in March 2017, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (SSBBP) in August 2020, and Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) in March 2021. All of these certifications were obtained from the Management and Strategy Institute.
