Ellen Rataj

Ellen Rataj has over 13 years of sales experience. Ellen began their career in 2008 as a Business Account Manager at AT&T Mobility, where they were part of the Business Sales Leadership Development Program. In 2009, they were promoted to Sales Manager, Mid Market at Verizon Wireless. In 2011, they joined Vodafone Global Enterprise as a National Account Manager. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at HubSpot in various roles, including Head of Ramp Acceleration, Sales, Head of Global Sales Leadership Enablement, GTM Enablement, Sales Manager, SMB, and Principal Account Executive. In 2022, they joined FreeWill as the VP of Sales, responsible for scaling the FreeWill revenue engine, leading 65 sales people, and helping nonprofits expand their impact.

Ellen Rataj earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University in 2006. Ellen attended Clemson University from 2002-2006.
