Jill san Luis

Jill San Luis has a diverse work experience. Jill started their career in 2010 at the University of Toronto, where they worked on GPU Accelerated Volume Rendering of Optical Circuit. From 2009-2011, they worked at Data Management System, Environment Canada as a Software Developer, where they were involved in various tasks such as high-level architecture discussions, designing and developing DMS components, and documenting technical design specifications. Jill then worked as an IT Solutions Developer at TD Securities from 2011-2012. After that, they joined Bering Media as a Software Engineer from 2012-2014. In 2014, they joined Audience Partners as a Senior Software Engineer. Their next role was at FreshBooks, where they held various positions such as Software Engineer (2016-2017), Software Development Team Lead (2018-2019), Senior Software Developer (2017-2019), Staff Software Engineer (2019-2021), and currently, they are serving as the Principal Engineer since April 2021.

Jill San Luis earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the certifications of Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in August 2015 and Computational Investing, Part I from Coursera in October 2013.
