Eric Douglas Frank

Eric Douglas Frank, MBA, is a seasoned nurse recruiter currently employed at Froedtert Health since May 2022. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Jupiter Medical Center from August 2021 to April 2022, and served as Provider Recruitment Coordinator and Patient Financial Counselor at Geisinger from September 2017 to August 2021. Eric's career began in customer service with Geisinger Health Plan as a Customer Service Representative III from February 2014 to June 2016, following a military career in the U.S. Coast Guard where Eric attained the rank of Petty Officer Second Class from 2003 to 2010. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management, an MBA, and a BA in Human Resources Management, all from Columbia Southern University, as well as a high school diploma from Selinsgrove Area High School obtained in 2000.
