Donna Kiwala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Donna'smost recent position was as a Senior Manager and Client Success at Frontline Education, where they led a team of 6 high touch Client Success Managers. Donna was responsible for managing over 200 strategic accounts with an annual recurring revenue of over $40 million and achieved a 99% retention rate. Prior to this, Donna worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Teachscape, where they managed high-touch clients with an $8-million book of business and oversaw the client lifecycle from onboarding to end. Before joining Teachscape, they were an Educational Technology Consultant at eGenio Education Solutions, where they were responsible for sales, implementation, and participating in sales conferences. Donna also has experience as a Senior Account Manager at Easy Graphics and Assessment Technologies, where they sold hardware to school districts and participated in cold-calling sales. Donna also has an entrepreneurial background as the Director of Services and Owner of Technology Connections, LLC, where they managed enrichment classes and marketed technology programs. Donna began their career in education as an Educator and Teacher at Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Donna Kiwala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Kent State University, graduating in 1985. Donna then attended Cleveland State University from 1990 to 1992 and earned a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction. Prior to their higher education, Donna Kiwala attended Holy Name High School from 1977 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, Donna Kiwala has obtained several certifications, including "Developing Business Acumen", "Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management", "Customer Success Management Fundamentals", and "Building Resilience as a Leader" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2022.
