Erin Todd

Erin Todd has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erin currently works as a Client Success Manager at Frontline Education, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, Erin worked at TestHound where they held multiple positions. Erin started as a Teacher at Tyler ISD in June 2007 and taught until June 2012. Erin then joined UT Tyler Innovation Academy as a Teacher from June 2012 to December 2013. In January 2014, Erin began their career at TestHound as a Regional Account Manager, focusing on sales and account management. Erin also trained school districts on how to effectively use TestHound. In March 2015, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they continued to excel. In June 2019, Erin joined Education Advanced as the Lead TestHound Product Specialist. Erin remained in this role until June 2022. Additionally, Erin briefly worked as a Sales Executive at LHH from March 2022 to June 2022. Overall, Erin has demonstrated their expertise in customer success, sales, training, and teaching throughout their career.

Erin Todd earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Tyler, attending from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology at Capella University, from 2017 to 2019.
